Another new event! TD Jason Scott announces the Bridge to the Lake, a C-Tier contested on two brand new temp courses at Castaic Lake! Registration is now live. Come check out this property and show your support for a bright future of disc golf in Castaic.
… yes, this event is the same weekend as the Am SoCal Series Championships. The SoCal BOD determined it was in the best interest of the community to support both of these great events. We hope to see you out there!
We are excited to announce two new events added to the 2024 SoCal Series.
The Fairmount Fairway Fest is a one day C-Tier hosted by Anthony Suarez and George Loepke, the masterminds behind the spectacular Yucaipa Open. Registration is already open for Ams. We’re hearing Pros will have the chance to sign up for any remaining spots on August 9th.
The West Coast Disc Golf Championships are a 3-Day A-Tier hosted by Jeff and Ryan Spohr! Huntington Beach is going to be an awesome venue for an A-Tier competition, and you know WCDGC is gonna bring it. Registration opens on August 4th.
There will be a ton of point up for grabs in the race for the SoCal series championships.
Allen Risley’s long-running A-Tier has moved to a new home at Reidy Creek Golf Course. While we say goodbye, at least for now, to Goat Hill, Allen is embracing an opportunity to deliver a fantastic player experience and competitive test. Registration is already open and the event is less than a month away. Sign up now!
Fling XXVII at Chavez Ridge will now be contested on August 24th. Shawn Glassford and Co. have made a ton of improvements at the ridge, and we expect this will be one of the best and most challenging iterations of the Fling. Registration opens on Sunday night!
Thanks to Jeff Nichols, we have another SoCal Series Points update. Included are all series results up-to-and-including The Bert Cotton Memorial. Keep piling up points! Remember, top finishers in all divisions are eligible for end-of-season awards, plus a slot in the NorCal vs. SoCal team event in Santa Maria.
